Scarabet opens the personal account login from a desktop PC and from mobile devices through a browser. The login form asks for the email (or username) and password used at registration, and it keeps the same steps across screen sizes.
Access to the personal account requires an active Scarabet account. Without registration, the site blocks wallet actions such as deposits, withdrawals, and viewing transaction history, because these features connect to the verified profile.
Open the Scarabet site, tap Log in , enter your email (or username) and password, then submit. If the page keeps loading, switch from Wi‑Fi to mobile data or refresh once and try again.
Use Forgot password on the login screen and set a new one from the reset email. If you use a password manager, re-check that it didn’t save an old password for Scarabet.
Check Spam and Promotions folders, then resend the code and wait 2–3 minutes before trying again. If you’re using an email with strict filters, add the Scarabet sender address to your safe list and request a new message.
Scarabet login works through the account details you registered with, so use the same email/username and password you set during sign-up. If you registered with an email tied to Google or Apple, you still log in with that email and your Scarabet password.
Turn off any VPN or ad-blocker for the session and enable cookies in your browser settings, then log in again. If you’re using a private/incognito tab, switch to a normal tab because it can block session storage.
You can sign in from a new phone or computer using the same credentials. If Scarabet asks for an extra check, complete the verification step and you’ll keep access on the new device.
Scarabet triggers verification after login when an action creates a compliance risk (identity, payment, or location) or when account data does not match previous records.
